My visit to the Ashland Food Co-op was so wonderfully informative that I must share and then onto the matchups. As always everyone there is very helpful. They explained all the different tagging options to me and the ones I found most informative were the Basic Pricing tags. I also loved the fact that I could see where all the produce was from, whether it was local, which farm, or what country it was being shipped in from. Always be on the lookout for their Basic Pricing tags, this means the price of these items are listed at cost or just above cost because they consider them staples for everyone's home. Some of my personal favorites:
Produce: Russet Potato's, Yellow Onions, Garlic (This is pricey as it's from Argentina right now but boy are they beautiful!)
